A few words from the Producers Group:
Maker Faire Milwaukee is locally produced and supported, and it is a FREE admission event, in keeping with the community outreach missions of the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum and Milwaukee Makerspace.
Maker Faire Milwaukee has been the largest free admission Faire in the United States since our first Faire back in 2014, and in terms of attendance, it has also been a steady top ten Faire among more than 350 Faires held in 43 countries around the world.
While we are super proud of these stats, our goals are to make sure that everyone can access the Faire to learn and share, and to help Milwaukee become a Maker City– a place where the Maker Movement is creating economic opportunity for everyone, and building stronger community through collaboration, innovation and creativity.
Join us as a sponsor: Maker Faire is THE place to connect with students and families, young talents and skilled makers who are interested in high-tech businesses, arts and design groups, start ups and higher education. You will reach a unique audience that is passionate about learning, building, innovating and sharing their knowledge and skills.
Anyone can make a donation at firstname.lastname@example.org either using a PayPal account or a credit card (donations are made via the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum). Or, add a donation when you pre-register to attend the Faire – pre-register to avoid the line!
