Arrakis: Fastest Sand Table in the Known Universe
A robotic coffee table that draws beautiful patterns in sand while you watch. Unlike others you may have seen on youtube, this table can draw at up to 2000 mm/sec. No time lapse necessary!

What inspired you to make this project?
Previous, larger version of the table was too big, too noisy, too slow, and too ugly for home use, so I made it smaller, faster, quieter, and prettier.
