What inspired you to make this project?
The Maker Faire is like a holiday for us! We love sharing what we've done, how we've done it, and discuss details of the setups, challenges, and success (or flaws!) of the parts we make. We like to put out stainless steel surgical parts next to kids toys next to molded components and folks pick up parts to their interest amongst the varieties of components we have out there. Kids and parents come talk about careers in manufacturing and engineering and what to study in school, or what classes are available outside of school at makerspaces or tech schools to be able to learn fabrication.
